Birth of a Vision

Starting from a vision and then to execution, Jaymee Tennell boldly spearheaded her God-given vision of offering a Vocational Rehabilitation 3 month long program to assist men and women in churches, transition homes, and organizations utilizing her background in entrepreneurship and advocacy. With the support of her husband Jarrod Tennell, who also has over 8 years experience in Christian Ministry, they created a non-profit & 501c3 called Project Do Over based in California.

We believe that the gifts and talents God has given us can

be nurtured and strongly developed

as we solidify ourselves in Christ.

Romans 11v29 describes these gifts and talents as ‘irrevocable’.

It’s just a matter of time until we have to stand on our God gifted blessing and use it to transform ourselves

to be the mighty Men and Women of God He has called us to be.

Project Do Over (PDO) is a certified 501c3 non-profit organization that commits to training those in the local community to gain skills that will help them succeed in the workforce, entrepreneurship, education and community. We are a resource to churches and transition homes worldwide. PDO has strategically developed a three-month program that will help people commit to attending to and nurture their gifts/talents and purpose in life. During the three months they will have the opportunity to develop good character, learn to be committed and responsible by agreeing to attend each class, build resume writing skills, practice interview techniques, create a business plan, apply for schools, understand financial stability, and more. Our heart’s desire is to have these women and men prepared to enter into the workforce with credibility and be able to be depended upon by employers. Also, we want to give back to the community by bringing people together and working toward a single cause. We believe that once an individual is founded in their God-calling they will be more efficient and bold in their life’s endeavors and truly will begin to walk out His purpose for their lives.
